The new OnePlus X is one of the most interesting Android devices come out in recent months, mainly due to the price of $ 249 for a smartphone that could very well twice. The design is reminiscent of an iPhone 4, but the features are very respectable.
At the moment you can buy OnePlus X invitation only, as has happened with other models in the OnePlus released in the past. Compared to OnePlus 2 we have been improved some things, such as the battery life and screen optimization, which in this device is 5 inches for those who do not want the larger devices. A smaller screen than the OnePlus 2 also results in a lower price.
The OnePlus X uses a 5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 1920, has 3GB of RAM, a 13 MP rear camera, a front 7.6mp, 16GB of internal memory and support for microSD up to 128GB. The Snapdragon processor is the 801 model a bit ‘dated but still manages to do what it’s suppose to do. As mentioned earlier, the price is $249 for the 16GB model only, since there are no versions of 32 or 64 GB.
With this choice, OnePlus wants to bring the mid-range market, but with a low-cost price that should bring a large number of sales.
The shell is made of ceramic and is very pleasant to the touch, to the benefit also of the weight. The design is very square, reminiscent of the iPhone 4, but the build quality is excellent. The operating system is obviously Android 5.1.1 OS Interface Oxygen. To buy it must receive an invitation from November 5th across Europe.
