Apple offers Samsung to license its patents on smart phones and tablets in 2010

Representing Samsung evidence, Apple offered manufacturer to license their patents in the design of cellular phones on the following terms: $30 each sold with a smartphone, and $40 each sold with a Tablet PC. «Samsung has chosen a different path which is no other than to copy the entire original iPhone», – noted the representatives.

In addition, Apple offered a discount of 20% if Samsung will agree to cross-licensing of patents (if royalties would have amounted to $24 and $32 respectively). However, this proposal does not satisfy the ambitions of the manufacturer Android-smartphone and Apple turned chose to go to court.
