First buyers of Apple Watch reported via Twitter that their credit cards were charged. Deliveries to the delivery company will also have started.
Delivery of the Apple Watch begins next Friday, April 24, 2015. On Twitter, there are initial reports that Apple has buyers’ credit cards for the Apple Watch and accessories ordered loaded:

The Order is according to the Apple Store @shancake_ currently, however, continue to “Order Processing”:
MacRumors claims to have heard further from a reliable source that the first shipments of Apple Watch are in the US on the way to the central warehouses of suppliers. The delivery on the next Friday should therefore take place as planned. For deliveries of iPhone 6 (Plus), which also began on a Friday, the order status of first deliveries last year changed the previous Monday from “Order Processing” on “Shipping is prepared.” Meanwhile there was also the first reports, according to which the Order of the Apple Watch on “Shipping is prepared” changed:
