How to upgrade iOS 7 on iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.2
Step 1: Make sure you have installed iTunes 11.0.5 or earlier . If you’re using iTunes 11.1 – remove the program and download an older build. The latest versions of iTunes Apple has blocked the ability to install custom firmware iOS 7.
