iOS 10 beta was made available yesterday to developers following Apple keynote.. It is always worth installing a new or beta firmware when there is a major transition, and in case you don’t like and want to go to aprevious version, the steps below will help you to downgrade from iOS 10 beta to iOS 9.3.2 version or earlier.
There is only one way, because the beta of iOS 10 was installed using a developer profile (without an official developer account), you will have to resort to forced DFU mode or recovery method on your device.
Downgrade iOS 10 beta to iOS 9 via iTunes 10 (DFU)
Step 1: Make sure to turn off “Find My iPhone” from Settings -> iCloud
Step 2: Connect your iOS device to your computer, immediately afterwards, you need to turn it off. Close the iTunes application (and photos on Mac) if opens automatically.
Step 3: Press the lock button, followed by another pressure to the Home button for 10 seconds for 3 seconds. At this time, stop pressing the lock button while the pressure to the button Home. In the device display the iTunes icon will appear. (If after this step the iTunes icon does not appear, do not worry, open iTunes on your computer and you will be notified that your device is in recovery mode).
Step 4: Open iTunes to continue with this procedure. Click on the Restore button, iTunes will take care of downloading the current version of iOS.
Step 5: After the download is completed, your iOS device will proceed to install the old version. At the end, you will choose the configuration as a new iOS device or backup (if you have one).
You can also, download iOS 9.3.2 from our download page, click Shift +“Restore iPhone..”, select the iOS you just downloaded, the let itunes do the work.
It’s pretty simple to do, but the most complex step (I must admit) is to put your device in DFU mode. If you practice, you will not have any problems. Remember to return your device to iOS iOS 9 for 10 did not finish convince you or your device records different behavior than expected.
