Many users who make daily use of their devices to record videos or capture any moment with a photograph, partly due to the camera quality of the iPhone. The problem, as usual, especially if you use your iPhone to record video, it drains the battery faster by having the screen during the lit recording, which makes sense especially if we want to record a short video and do not want to miss any details. But surely you have left the iPhone on more than one occasion in a position to record absolutely everything that happens on the screen. For these cases it is best done with the screen off to save battery.
The process goes as follows:
- From the lock screen click on the camera icon and slide your finger to the middle of the screen.
- Then without releasing your finger, select the video option and click on the red button to start recording.
- Make sure to double click on the home button three times and wait for the iPhone screen turns off automatically, just like you would if we had pressed the start button just to see the time.
- Right now the iPhone is recording everything that is in front of the camera until you press the start button again.
In such cases, it’s the best way to save battery while recording with the screen off. What causing this glitch is the device using a small bug that works in all versions of iOS 9 at least in all devices with iOS 9.x. This is great festivals now that children approach at school and all parents want to record all function not to lose any time when our child is the protagonist.
