This means that you can no longer release the iPhone 3G, 3G with Ultrasn0w 0.93 in the 4.1 firmware. The news was sherif_hashim, the hacker who discovered the exploit to release the IOS 4.
Therefore, it does not recommend upgrading to IOS 4.1 beta 2, keep iOS 4/4.0.1.
