Slycam is a jailbreak tweak that allows to take snashots from the iOS 5 notification center. This Cydia tweak will add a widget with a small screen and a "+" to take pictures very quickly and discreetly!
Step 1: Download and install SlyCam from Cydia
Step 2: Got to Setings.app and tap Notifications
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and look for SlyCam in “Not In Notification Center” list
Step 4: Enable SlyCam
Step 5: You can adjust the location of SlyCam in in Notification Center by tapping the Edit button on top right corner
This Cydia tweak is available for jailbroken devices running at least an iOS 5, in case you need to jailbreak your iPhone untethered, follow our step by step guide posted for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch using Redsnow, Snowbreeze or Corona 5.0.1. iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users can use Absinthe jailbreak to do so.
SlyCam is available on the repo Bigboss. It is compatible only with iOS 5.
