U.S. court has decided to shutdown MegaUpload. It has five charges against the company but also of its founders. In its decision, the Court details the operation, the economic model of the platform and condemned for having donated money to his contributors.
The indictment is directed not only against the legal entity (company MegaUpload) but also against the creator of the site Dotcom Kim (or Kim Schmitz) and other "founding fathers" of the platform such as Julius Bencko, Sven Echternach, Finn Batato, Mathias Ortmann, Andrus appointed and Bram Van der Kolk. Besides closing the gate, the U.S. court seeks to condemn these people personally for their alleged illegal activity.

Last February revealed that former Time editor Walter Isaacson is in the first authorized Steve Jobs Biography. Originally the plan to the book on March 6, 2012 to, but that date has now been brought forward to November 2011.Moreover, it was announced that the cover photo book is: the famous photo that Steve Jobs is looking thoughtfully into the camera. Previously the author has changed the original title of the book. "ISteve: The Book of Job" was apparently not in the taste and was replaced by the simpler "Steve Jobs". The book has since last June in pre-order ordering.
