A new official version, Instangram 5.0 has been released i nthe  App Store released witch features Instagram Direct. Until now , when users publish photos and videos on the service , subscribers have seen them his account, which he allowed access to their content . Instagram Direct function allows you to send content only to individuals or groups.

New opportunities Instagram during a presentation in New York announced founder Kevin Systrom service . According to the creators of the program , with a new feature allows you to send your favorite photos to parents , best friend or more classmates .

When you open the updated version of Instagram user will see the icon in the upper right corner of the news feed , where there is a section with photos and videos that were sent to him personally . To send them to specific users , you need to take a photo or video as usual , but on the stage of ” Share ” choose whether to publish content for all subscribers («Followers») or send it personally («Direct»). In the second case you need to enter the names of the users who will receive a photo or video.

With Instagram Direct photoservice users can also send each other private messages . In this case , you can send them as individual users and groups of friends. On the home screen of the application icon appears “Inbox” . There will also be a specially designated users who are online .

Messaging will be tied to the photographs . Instagram Direct allows to limit the range of persons who will be available to those or other pictures. When you have finished editing the photo , the user can send it to one person or a group of up to 15 people . With this people can then be exchanged and messages.

An updated version of Instagram is already available in the App Store and Google Play for free, including the Russian users , but the owners of smartphones on Windows Phone yet have to wait.
