Apple released iOS 6.1 last Monday, but now is the new iOS operating system already installed 21.81 percent of all iDevices. This is evident from statistics mobile site builder Onswipe. The company looked at the used iOS version of 13 million iOS site visitors. Presumably, the rate is now at a higher level: the statistics were measured on Wednesday.

iOS 6.1 iPhone owners would be faster to install than iOS 6 past years. Within 24 hours was the newest operating system on 11.35 percent of all iDevices. Onswipe suspect iOS 6.1 after one week at more iPhones, iPads and iPods will stand with iOS than one six week case, but not the percentage. Onswipe assumed earlier that iOS 1:06 week at 45 percent of all iDevices stood.

The statistics of Onswipe offer a fun look at the number of iOS 6.1 installations, but we must make one comment. Onswipe relies does not at all iDevice owners who have installed iOS 6.1, but only on iOS devices that have visited their websites.
