Apple registered developers new iOS and OS X betas can download: The new pre-8.3 versions of iOS and OS X 10.10.3 bring, among other new Emojis with different skin tones.
These are respectively the second beta of iOS 8.3 and OS X 10.10.3, Apple has released in the early hours of Tuesday. In the near future there will be even public beta versions of operating system updates; so far it is, however, continue to developer betas.
The second beta of iOS 8.3 provides support for LTE voice for customers of the US network operator Verizon as well as a fix for dialog boxes when used with CarPlay. Siri now supports turn more languages, including English and Portuguese dialects and additional Danish, Dutch, Russian, Swedish, Thai and Turkish.
Some details about OS X 10.10.3 does not call Apple. Both new versions support but as most visible new feature for the first time Emojis in different skin tones – this innovation had already announced in the latest beta of OS X 10.10.3. There are also among the Emojis now the flags of other countries, as well as a new iPhone icon – now the iPhone 6 is similar – as well as an icon for the Apple Watch.
Another innovation in turn affects only the developers themselves: The new beta Xcode 6.3 brings a turn Reporting Service for crash logs.
Exactly when the final version of iOS 8.3 and OS X will appear 10.10.3, is not yet known. But since it only is each second developer beta, is not likely to take some time.
