A fourth beta of iOS 8.3 is available to developers. The public beta testers for their right to Beta 2. This version 8.3 brings its share of small changes that had been described over these test versions.
The new iOS 8.3 beta (build 12F61) can be obtained either through the built-in update feature of iOS 8, or from Apple’s Dev Center. The update is available both for paid iOS developers and the public beta tester.
As usual, Apple has simultaneously released an update of the Xcode development tools, which now reaches in the form of Xcode 6.3 (build 6D554n) the fourth beta.
iOS 8.3 brings a revised Emoji support, among other things, a simplified 2-step authentication Google Accounts, Apple-pay support for China and wireless CarPlay.
Also available a new firmware beta 3 for the Apple TV, a version 6.3 beta 4 and Xcode 1.2 changes numbered Swift language for developers.
