The rumors about the much anticipated iPad Mini start becoming more persistent since yesterday, Fortune source reported that the invitations for the announcement of the iPad Mini will be sent out on October 10 , and we saw not much later a mockup appear in a video . Today we seem on the same note, parts of the screen, housings, and more.

The Apple website UrkrainianiPhone today published photos of the parts, according to the website, the pictures are made in a Chinese factory, though we wonder why this unknown site has managed to lay  its hand on these parts.

Looking at the pictures, we see that just as with the iPhone 5 also in the iPad Mini use is made of a Nano-SIM, the Lightning connector instead of the 30-pin connector, a headphone jack on the same side  as current iPads, and a plastic piece on the top to the wireless signals to pick up the aluminum back. The edges on the front of the case appear as expected a lot thinner, and also has the picture much like the mockups that we have seen over the past few months come.

Yesterday was also the message out that the production of the iPad Mini would have begun in Brazil, although many experts put their questions in here. If this is  proven to be true, and these components are actually from China, then this seems to confirm earlier rumor that Pegatron would be involved in the production of the iPad Mini. The rumors about a smaller, cheaper iPad for months go round, and the question does not seem to be whether the iPad Mini coming, but when. The rumor that Apple will send invite next Wednesday, could indicate an official presentation on Wednesday, October 17.
