The new Apple iPhone 6 with 4.7 inch and 5.5-inch iPhone Air will hit the shelves on September 25, 2014. This date is likely to be an assumption, according to Chinese newspaper China.com citing its own sources, which also mentioned that the phoablet will be called iPhone Air.
According to the publication, the presentation of new Apple products will be held 10 days before September 15. Historically, Apple new iPhone goes on sale Friday following the presentation, but September 25 falls on a Thursday this time. Recall, iPhone 5s and 5c were launch on Friday September 20, 2013, and the iPhone 5, Friday September 21, 2012.
Earlier, sources in the call center Deutsche Telekom said the date of September 19, September 20, 2013 and September 21, 2012 were Fridays third week of the month. Similar to September 19, 2014, it will also be the last working day of the third week.
It is assumed that the new iPhone will be released in two versions: one with a diagonal of 4.7 inches and the other with 5.5-inch display. With that said, Apple will respond to the trend of a large display for the iPhone.
