Microsoft unveiled the next generation of Nokia smartphone running on Android firmware. Nokia X2 has a perfect filling than its predecessor and features a 4.3-inch touch screen.
Nokia X2 has received a 2-core Qualcomm 200 Snapdragon processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. The smartphone a larger display with a 4.3 inches diagonal and a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels (217 ppi). In the presence of the main 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, instead of the previous 3-megapixel. Also has a slot for microSD cards for up to 32GB. Supports the use of two SIM-cards in standby mode.
The dimensions are 121,7 x 68,3 x 11,11 mm, and weight considerably more 150 grams instead of 128.7 gram, and battery capacity in 1800 instead of 1500 mAh. Talk time up to 10 hours (2G) and 13 hours (3G), in standby mode with two SIM-cards – 23 days.
Fastlane interface allows to switch from one application to another in multitasking. It is also noted that the device was first introduced with Software Platform 2.0 for the line Nokia X, and made significant improvements to the user interface.
Nokia X2 will be the first model in the line with the pre-installed applications like Outlook.com, Skype and OneDrive and other applications and Microsoft services to be available in the market.
In some countries, Nokia X2 will go on sale this week at an estimated price of €99.
