Microsoft introduced on Wednesday, Send ; a new email app that works more like an instant messaging app in your inbox that traditional email application.
Send works for users who have email accounts Office 365 business or education, but in the future will be available to other users.
With the new app, users can have a simple conversation between coworkers without having to include a subject or email gateway. In addition, conversations are synchronized through the cloud services of Microsoft and Outlook.
Microsoft hopes the app will serve as a platform to integrate the culture of email with the text message, facilitating communicate with your contacts without having your telephone number or having to navigate through your mail to find a particular contact.
Send is not designed to manage those long and important emails in your inbox – the app focuses on show only messages created and sent to Send.
Send the app is available for iPhone in the US and Canada, and Microsoft promised that Windows Phone will “soon” and Android devices.
Send for iOS can be downloaded from the App Store.
