During last month Apple WWDC 2013 opening keynote, the main innovation was the announcement of the completely revamped Mac Pro hardware. When working on this professional workstation company managed to break down stereotypes, and even set a new path of development of system units of desktop systems. Looking at Apple presented a novelty, the designer Martin Hayek had the idea to refine a new computer and he decided to start his aluminum shell. The concept, created by the artist, shows Mac Pro in a transparent cylindrical body made entirely of glass.
Earlier, Hajek has repeatedly demonstrated the conceptual model of iPhone, iWatch and other mobile gadgets Apple. Now, in the field of high-performance machine designer has got Apple’s new generation. In his concept Mac Pro will retain the same form factor, but is used instead of the metal glass shell that allows you to see the inside of a computer.
This adds several problems at once owner of the device. First, the glass tends to collect dust and fingerprints, so after a few months all this beauty will be covered with a layer of mud. Secondly, the glass worse metal gives off heat, so the choice of the computer case is fraught with problems with overheating. And in the case of the Mac Pro HPC this question is of paramount importance.
The new car recall, Apple has adopted a unique turbine cooling system. Aluminum Radiator triangular frame stands on which are fixed compact motherboard and two video card. Above the radiator fan is installed only with the special design of the blades, guides the hot air to the grid at the top of the housing.
Single radiator for the CPU and other chips allows them to average temperatures, providing better heat dissipation efficiency and low noise. Similarly today work only liquid cooling system.
