Pangu has released yesterday, an update to its tool to Jailbreak iOS 64-bit devices running on iOS 9.0-9.1 firmware. As they have posted on Twitter, this new version will improve the success rate when starting the device after making Jailbreak, which is trying to start until it succeeds.
The jailbreak tool is now available on the Pangu website with the version v1.3.1 for Windows and v1.1.1 for Mac, but both are the same.. The Windows version has higher numbers because, as is usual in these cases, early versions of Pangu9 were launched only for the Microsoft operating system. Moreover, being different operating systems, it is possible that one version better than the other or present fewer problems to work.
Users who already have done the Jailbreak with the previous version of this tool should update the package from Cydia. Pangu warns that the problem in the Kernel is still present, but, as mentioned above, try to start until you get into the lock screen. Although not launched as soon as in the past, one could say that this update comes only to users who jailbreak with this tool have fewer problems.
If you have not yet done the Jailbreak, you can follow our tutorial on how to jailbreak iOS 9.0-9.0.2 which is also valid for this new Jailbreak for 64-bit devices with iOS 9.1. You can also find the latest Pangu in our jailbreak tools page.
