When Apple announced that iOS 8 would open the door to third-party keyboards we were very happy and it appears that the developers were hoping this would happen. Since the operating system is available already a few keyboards that have appeared and now we must add one more: Emoji ++.
In this case the keyboard fails to offer new ways of writing our iPhone or iPad, but it does something to improve we have available for several versions of iOS: Emoji keyboard.
It’s no secret that the Apple keyboard Emojis is somewhat uncomfortable. The different categories of emojis are not well ordered (the emoji that identifies each category is not representative of what we found inside) and also to browse them need to do a lot of scrolling.
Emoji ++ arrives precisely to end this chaos and bring some order to the Emojis our iOS devices. With this keyboard, we can more easily locate the different icons thanks to their organization. For example, under the category identified by the icon of a koala find all related emojis animals and under the blue icon related to heart all: love, relationships, couples …
But this is not the only function that includes ++ Emoji keyboard. We also have a section where emoji recently used (as in iOS 8) represented by the clock and a favorites section identified with a red heart is. The recently used they are added automatically to this section, while the favorite can add to this category simply by holding down the emoji we want to include, as explained in MacStories.
No doubt this is an alternative keyboard to use Emojis iOS 8 which many users love. Moreover, if we consider that there will be more emojis available is fine to have a better way to manage the Apple keyboard itself.
