Amazon Instant Video launches on Apple’s iPad App Store

0 Wednesday launched its Amazon Instant Video application for the Apple iPad, the last effort of the world's largest retailer for digital content reaches the widest possible range of devices.

Amazon Instant Video application allows the user to watch, download movies, purchased or rented from Amazon. The site has over 120,000 videos to rent and buy.Amazon Prime users can also watch over 20,000 free streaming video and the new application for the iOS gives users access to these content, the company said .

When trying to get your music and video with as many devices as possible, Amazon is tracing the strategy used in the business of its Kindle electronic book.

Engadget wrote a mini-review that says "Amazon is really coming after Netflix with this one." and that the app is polished and works flawlessly.

Prime is available from Amazon for $79 per year and offers discounted overnight shipping and shipping free two-day in almost all items that Amazon sells and thousands of on demand streaming movies and TV shows and books Kindle.

Yesterday, Amazon updates its Service Cloud Player with a feature-matching party like iTunes. This is a major update, such as Amazon cloud offer music previously required users to upload all your music which could take hours or days depending on the size of the user's music library.
