Antennagate contract: iPhone four homeowners can now decide up $15

iPhone 4 owners who have not register for the free bumper program, can now apply for $15 cash back at the Antennagate settlement official website which is now live. Apple already arranged in February in the case with a number of dissatisfied customers, but today is the website where you can claim the money back just been launched.

To be eligible for the cash payment, you must have: (a) experienced antenna or reception issues; (b) been unable to return your iPhone 4 without incurring any costs; (c) been unwilling to use a case or free bumper for your iPhone 4; and (d) completed certain troubleshooting steps or are unable to complete the troubleshooting steps because you no longer own your iPhone.

In addition to American citizenship you must meet certain requirements to receive compensation: you must have had the antenna problems, not have been able to the iPhone back to Apple at no cost to make the troubleshooting tips from Apple attend or not been able to do this because you do not have iPhone 4 now.

In 2010, Apple offered a free bumper for the iPhone 4, which the antenna problem would be resolved. This bumper was in other countries to apply, including the Netherlands. This action has already expired. The fee is only by asking American 4-iPhone users, because this is required in a lawsuit in the United States.
