The Apple AirPods Pro were made available in the market no long ago, featuring noise-canceling technology, yesterday, they received their first firmware update. This type of update improves the headphones’ internal software, providing more stability.
It’s not entirely clear what this first update brings, however, it is always convenient to install it since firmware updates usually solve problems found by Apple in the Airpods. Perhaps some error that caused the loss of connection, or some related to the battery or simply improvements in sound quality.
The new firmware version build is 2B588, previously the AirPods Pro released to the market had the build 2B584.
