Apple launches official support account on Twitter

Twitter has become a tremendously effective tool for communicating and although at first at Apple were reluctant to participate in the emerging social networks, have gradually been conscious of the importance of them and have been integrated into their environment.

If the own Tim Cook and other figures already use Twitter to keep in touch with his followers, Apple also used the micro-blogging service as a company and after the accounts of the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes or Beats 1 has today launched a new official account that will serve as a kind of support and help for their users.
This new account seeks to help, advise and exercise, as we said, as a support service for the user, something that many wore long time waiting, because it is the first time since the company are encouraged to offer a way to provide information on all their products directly.

From the very bio account it is defined as a place to get advice, help and useful information when you need it, encouraging the user to ask any questions you have or express a problem concerning it, and promising to receive all the help possible.

From the first day on active, @AppleSupport is offering lists tricks like turning tasks in the Notes app and although it is true that it seems a good platform for this type of cattails, even if not as effective to solve specific cases of technical assistance, which seem much more useful the usual channels of communication with the company and contact AppleCare.

However, to some basic situations 140 characters may be enough to solve the problem.
