Although most developers are focusing on iOS 12 and their updates are fully compatible with the next version of iOS firmware, Apple still launching betas of iOS 11 to solve all those errors or bugs that have been detected since the release of the last final version.
This time, the Cupertino guys have released the third beta of iOS 11.4.1, a third beta intended only for developers, so if you are users of the public beta you will have to wait at least 24 hours, so that the same Beta is available through Apple’s public beta program.
The details of this update does not offer anything new to be highlighted, as mentioned earlier, Apple’s efforts focused on improving the operation of the first beta of iOS 12, beta that is currently only for developers. It will not be until, probably, at the end of the month, when the Cupertino folks will make available to users of the public beta program, the first public beta of iOS 12 firmware.
This new version of iOS is likely to have focused on closing the exploits that previous versions of iOS 11.4 allowed to jailbreak the devices, in this way to try to close the door completely to jailbreak on devices with iOS 11 before the final version of iOS 12 is released.
But it is not the only beta that Apple engineers have put into circulation, since they have also released the third beta of tvOS 11.4.1, a beta that also offers us important new features neither functional nor aesthetic. If we want new developments, we will have to wait for the launch of the first public beta of tvOS 12, a version that is not going to bring many new features, as we could see in the WWDC.
