Apple Released Third Beta of iOS 12.4 to Developers

Apple has released the third iOS 12.4 beta for developers and public beta testers.

If you are a developer, you can download the required beta profile via the developer website and then install the beta. The iOS 12.4 beta download is available from iPhone 5s and from iPad Air or later. Public testers can participate by registering for the public beta of iOS.

iOS 12.4 will most likely be the last update Apple releases for iOS 12. This means that relatively few bug-fix updates have appeared because it is mainly larger point releases that Apple has released. In iOS 12.4 we probably find extensive support for the upcoming Apple Card, Apple’s credit card.

You can often encounter problems when testing betas. First of all, not all functions are usually immediately available but are added and expanded during the test period. You may also suffer from crashes or some apps may not work properly. So keep this in mind if you decide to test an iOS update.

It is therefore not recommended to install a beta on a device that you use every day, because there may still be many problems in the beta. You can read more about problems with the iOS 12 beta in the article below.

Note: these betas are only intended for developers and public testers and are not suitable for use on devices that you need every day.
