macOS 10.15 is an important update for developers. Starting with this version, developers can transfer their iPad apps to the Mac. Also, there are all kinds of extra functions. So you can later also use Screen Time on the Mac and use an iPad as an external screen for your Mac. You can read more about all the possibilities of macOS 10.15 in our explanation page.
Remember that you can often encounter problems when testing betas. First of all, not all functions are usually immediately available but are added and expanded during the test period. You may also suffer from crashes or some apps may not work properly.
So keep this in mind if you decide to test a macOS update. It is therefore not recommended to install a beta on a device that you use every day, because there may still be many problems in the beta. You can also install macOS 10.15 on a separate partition.
