Apple to possibly sell from 30 to 60 million iWatch in the first year


2014-07-1417-00-02-455x322Morgan Stanley analysts published a report on the level of popularity iWatch in the first year after the smart-watch goes on sale.

In his note to investors, analysts predict that sales of the portable Apple computer for the first year will be at least 30 million units sold, based on iPhone sales.  For a comparison, from July to December 2013 around the world , Apple shipped a total of 1.6 million of these gadgets (data from analysts Canalys).

According to several sources, Apple will start selling iWatch this Fall. Regarding the specifications of new items, the insiders indicate the presence of a curved screen, created based on organic light emitting diodes (OLED), and a set of sensors for the monitoring of human health. In particular, with these sensors can measure the blood glucose level, to calculate the amount of calories.

Earlier analyst Paul Genon from NPD DisplaySearch reported that Apple will unveil two versions of “smart” watches – for men with a 1.7-inch display and for women with a screen of 1.3 inches.
