Apple is working on several new products to update its Mac including a low-cost MacBook Air and a Mac Mini dedicated to Pro users.

According to Gurman, the so-called MacBook Air low-cost will have a design similar to the current MacBook Air, but with thinner frames. The notebook will almost certainly have a 13 “Retina display. Much has been said about the new notebook of the company of Cupertino, but thanks to Gurman we discover that it will be a new model of the Air line, dedicated mainly to students and schools thanks to a lower price.

Apple would also be working on a new Mac Mini, which is not updated since October 2014. Few details are leaked, but should be directed to Pro users, with new options for processors and storage. However, the price should be higher than the average of the products in this line. In short, we talk about a Mac Mini “not so much mini …”.

Finally, Bloomberg suggests that Apple could present the new Macs in October, a few weeks after the September event that will see the new iPhone.
