Apple announced yesterday that the company will not meet its fiscal quarter targets because of the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic in China. In the meantime, Bloomberg confirms that Apple is preparing the launch of “iPhone SE 2” in March.

yesterday, there was a leaked article about a possible date of the Apple event this spring. An event that would take place on March 31, during which we expect the Cupertino company to unveil the new low-cost iPhone with an iPhone 8-like design, and renewed hardware.

But that’s not all, Bloomberg also revealed that Apple is also preparing a new version of the iPad Pro, which should have a new processor, and a triple camera system, just like on the iPhone 11 Pro. The launch of the new iPad Pro should occur by the first half of 2020, but the explosion of the coronavirus epidemic could cause delays since factories in China are partially closed.

Apple would have decided to stop the production of some devices to focus on certain products. There should be no major problems for the next iPhone 12. For the moment, however, Apple has decided not to send its engineers to China, causing a delay in the validation process of the prototype.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, by the first half of 2020, Apple should release several devices, including iPhone SE 2/iPhone 9, the new iPad Pro, AirTag, a pad for wireless charging, and high-end headphones.

We will only discover the official status of Apple’s spring event over the next few weeks. Are you waiting for the new “cheap” iPhone or the new iPad Pro? Let us know through the comments.
