Dev-Group MuscleNerd has simply introduced done the iOS four.2.1 untethered jailbreak.
Then again, it’s important to have the SHSH of iOS 4.2b3 (Beta 3), a file that you supposedly saved.
Well, MuscleNerd method is the second option, the first option came from Comex. Check out the embed youtube video for more details and information.

JB untethered ipt4g w/4.2b3 kernel 4.2.1

Got "backup plan" for untethered 4.2.1 JB working (video coming up). Uses mysterious 4.2b3 hashes Cydia kept for you

(It’s a "backup plan" because comex is working on a more extensible one, but this method is also generalizable)

ipt4g 4.2.1 untethered JB w/4.2b3 kernel: … Wastes no exploits, but upcoming @comex JB maybe better

– MuscleNerd says no exploit is not new, just a reusable method and specifically for those who have saved the mentioned SHSH

– For now they are definitely working on solving the GPS problems , but a method to downgrade the baseband 06.15.00 (iPad) is available

– After downloading the IOS 4.2.1 baseband 5.15.04, you can use  ultrasn0w.

No word on the release date yet. We will of course let you know as soon as it is available for download.
