Although similar to iOS 13, the iPadOS integrates a series of innovations designed specifically for Apple tablets in terms of productivity.
Before proceeding with the update to iPadOS 13, we strongly recommend that you make a backup of all the contents on iTunes or iCloud. After that, you can either install iPadOS 13 in OTA mode or manually.
The first step is to connect your device to the power supply and connect via Wi-Fi
Step 1: Tap Settings-> General-> Software Update.
Step 2: Tap Download and install. If you see a message asking you to temporarily remove apps because iOS needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel, then proceed to free up space by deleting the less-used apps or some photos/videos.
Select Install to start the download and installation of iOS 13. The operation may take some time, especially in connection with connection.

To install iPadOS 13 also via iTunes:
Step 1: Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer
Step 2: Connect the device to the computer
Step 3: Open iTunes and select the device
Step 4: Click Summary, then Check for Updates.
Step 5: Click Download and Update
