First impressions of the iMac with Retina 5K display

And while the novelty leisurely roam the CIS market, many had to personally take a look and even become owners of iMac with a stunning sweep in 5120 x 2880 pixels.

How many people – so many opinions. After the presentation, Tim Cook invited everyone (and wanting to tradition was a full house) look at the new iMac with Retina.

From Engadget:

“The screen is a new iMac Retina is just stunning. Stunning viewing angles. The picture looks holistically, despite the impressive diagonal 27-inch and even more impressive resolution of 5120 by 2880 pixels. The screen brightness is beyond praise, lighting is evenly distributed over the entire area of the display “

No less flattering responded  TechChrunch:

“Surprisingly, the new iMac Retina display most of the pictures look better than in reality. Apple’s worth to pay tribute to, because such an impressive screen were able to establish in the same case. This is another huge step after the presentation of the MacBook Pro with display Retina. The display of the new iMac – a display of all future computer industry “

Arc Technica conducted its own analysis and “rethinking prices for the new iMac Retina”:

“Yes, Apple has introduced a really good product at a decent price. But it still remains somewhat overstated. Pleased with the presence of the hard disk Fusion Drive, drive, which has long had become the standard for several generations of the iMac and Mac mini. But 8 GB of RAM seems to be insufficient for a powerful computer, presented in the second half of 2014, but still stands at $ 2,500. Alas, steel filling iMac Retina obsolete much faster than its stunning screen “

Comment from The Verge:

“Awesome screen with amazing color reproduction, sharpness and contrast. We were a little concerned about the performance of the new iMac, but judging by the “test samples” shown in Cupertino, do not worry. “
