Google / Apple Motorola complains about Siri, location, memories and more

Google's new industry element Motorola Mobility has a declare deposited with the World Change Fee (ITC). They declare that Apple is violating seven patents with the iPhone, iPod contact and probably the Mac. The deployment of the grievance is an import ban on merchandise which are made in another country. In all iOS-merchandise is the case.

Bloomberg  statement :

We would like to settle these patent matters, but Apple’s unwillingness to work out a license leaves us little choice but to defend ourselves and our engineers’ innovations.

The concerning patents include Siri include speech recognition, location based reminders, push notifications by e-mail and media playback on phones. Apple previously filed a case against Motorola, which revolved around four patents. That case was dismissed by the court, failure to convincing arguments.
The timing of this new suit is cleverly chosen, Apple and Samsung in the lawsuit in California just completed their defense. Yesterday, both companies were the last comment, after which the jury will deliberate next week.
