Google introduces Google Currents app for iOS magazine


Google has launched Google Present, a journal-model information carrier that you may learn on iOS and Android . The moment the service is limited to the U.S., so we in the Netherlands does not directly use them. Currents was initially codenamed Propeller, but Google has now chosen a more appropriate name. Currents is available for iOS and Android, both smartphones and tablets. The emphasis is on a magazine-like appearance through which you can swipe.There are many images are displayed with links to Google + and RSS.


 Of course you can also your existing import news feeds from Google Reader. All content is online to save, through use of caching. Do you share something, you can do with Google +. At the launch partners do AllThingsD, PBS, Huffington Post, and Fast Company along. Google also offers many self-publishing tools to their content in the app visible. A video explains how it works. Google Current is a universal app for iPhone and iPad .

Google uses Google's search technology to a new edition every hour of the five most popular "trending topics" to compile. These include world news, entertainment, sports, science and more. Each new story is illustrated with articles, videos and pictures.
