Android Google is catching via introducing video and voice chat with google speak contact.  The options will probably be to be had withing the following few weeks, beginning with the Nexus S and also will work on Wi-Fi,  3G, 4G community.

 According to Google blog, the procedure will be done over the air-OS upgrade. Video and voice chat will be available on other  Android 2.3 and higher devices soon.

Google has begun to deploy Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread). An update that is performed as usual via OTA (Over The Air). The affected users will receive an alert on their smartphone. Starting with the users of the Nexus S to be the first to receive the update.
This brings some fixes, but also adds video chat in Google Talk (already present in Android 3.0) via WiFi or 3G network (as opposed to the application for FaceTime iOS Apple). So you can video chat with Google Talk users have installed on their smartphone with Android or users with a Gmail account on their PC.
