Step 1: Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes 11 and downloaded iOS 7.1.1(save it somewhere on your computer), which you want to revert
Step 2: Create a backup of your device using iTunes or iCloud.
Step 3: Open iTunes 11 and connect your iPhone or iPad running on iOS 8 to your computer.
Step 4: Select the device in the top panel.
Step 5: Put your device into DFU mode. Step 8 : Now, wait for the procedure to complete , the process will take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes . Since iOS 8 is in beta status , certificates SHSH blobs for downgrade are needed.
