In step with executives, Samsung plans to continue to fight Apple, as well as to gain consumers attention. A note by the company emphasizes that the Korean manufacturer had intended to "negotiate with Apple" instead of the trial, but the U.S. is firmly opposed to all negotiations.

"History has shown there has yet to be a company that has won the hearts and minds of consumers and achieved continuous growth, when its primary means to competition has been the outright abuse of patent law, not the pursuit of innovation.

We trust that the consumers and the market will side with those who prioritize innovation over litigation, and we will prove this beyond doubt."

Also in its own counter-claim Samsung Electronics accuses Apple of violating its patents and demanded $421 million, but the jury rejected all of these claims as they are not recognized in the patent case complete the victory.

Based on the court's decision on the unlawful use of its patents, Apple sent an application to the court to ban U.S. sales of eight models of the Korean vendor Samsung smartphones . In the future, Apple might try to expand the list of devices, the sale of which should be banned in the U.S..
