The well-known leaker Jon Prosser has published a video in which he reveals new details on the iPhone 12, from the names of the four models to the final prices.

At the end of September, Apple will unveil the four iPhone 12s which, on a design level, will resume the lines of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 or, to get to the most recent months, the iPad Pro.

According to Jon Prosser, among the most reliable leakers in the tech world, Apple will release two standard models and two Pro models, with their respective Max variants. All models will start from 128GB, here are the details:

The basic 5.4-inch iPhone 12 model, with an OLED Super Retina display made by BOE. Other characteristics:

  • 4GB of RAM
  • 128GB and 256GB memory
  • Pricing is $649 and $749 respectively
  • Aluminum body
  • A14 processor
  • 5G chip
  • Dual cameras

The 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Max mid-range model, with OLED Super Retina display, always made by BOE. Other characteristics:

  • 4GB of RAM
  • 128GB and 256GB memory
  • Prices are $749 and $849 respectively
  • Aluminum body
  • A14 processor
  • 5G chip
  • Dual cameras

Same iPhone 12 Pro 6.1-inch OLED Super Retina display, but XDR type. Other characteristics:

  • 6GB of RAM
  • 128GB, 256GB and 512GB memory
  • Priced at $999, $1,099, and $1,299 respectively
  • Stainless steel body
  • A14 processor
  • 5G chip
  • Triple camera with LiDAR sensor

For the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max Super Retina OLED display, also in this case XDR. Other characteristics:

  • 6GB of RAM
  • 128GB, 256GB and 512GB memory
  • Pricing is $1,099, $1,199, and $1,399 respectively
  • Stainless steel body
  • A14 processor
  • 5G chip

The differences between the standard and the Pro models concern the RAM, the camera, the body materials, and the type of display. Also, only the Pros will be available in the 512GB cut. If these were the prices it would be good news, because the base model of the iPhone 12 would cost $50 less than the $699 of the iPhone 11.

As for the presence of a 120Hz ProMotion display on the iPhone 12 Pro, Jon Prosser says he is doubtful but cannot exclude this further novelty.
