With this comparison, the iPhone 12 challenges the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in a new speed test.
PhoneBuff tested the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chip, 12GB of RAM, and Apple’s new iPhone 12 Pro equipped with the new A14 chip and 6GB of RAM. The test is based on the speed started by opening applications while executing the same sequence of commands on both devices, stimulating them also in terms of RAM management.
At the end of the test, the final result is more persuasive, certifying a clear victory of the iPhone 12 Pro. It is also curious to note how this victory comes from a device with half the amount of RAM compared to that of Note 20 Ultra, a detail that still volta shows how hardware and software integration can make a difference compared to a minor datasheet.
