iPhone/ iPad and OS to Unify Till Fall?

At the moment the iPhone is operating OS three.1.three and the iPad will run OS three.2 when it ships. It's extensively anticipated that a brand new iPhone can be introduced in June in an effort to deliver new hardware in addition to OS four.zero. Many assumed that Apple would use this main OS unencumber to unify the 2 programs; then again, The Loop suggests this received't occur until fall.

iPhone OS 4.0 will include lots of new features, just like you would expect to see from Apple. However, It doesn’t make sense for Apple to unify the two operating systems for 4.0 with the timeline they are working with.[via loopinsight]
