iREB 5 Update to Help Install iOS Custom Firmware – Released for Windows


After 10 months, iH8sn0w up to date its device  iREB. If you need to revive a customized firmware, it helps bypass iTunes blunders. The new model ​​comprises some minor enhancements.iREB 5, a home windows based totally instrument that lend a hand customers to place an iOS instrument into pwned DFU mode.


On top of that iREB helps fix iTunes errors such as 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604 and more when trying to restore using a custom IPSW created by redsn0w or sn0wbreeze.

iREB 5 works but not with the iPhone 4S and iPad 2. Currently no Boot Room exploit exists for both devices. For this reason, as well as secure iFaith,  TinyUmbrella or not the A5 APTicket these two devices. iREB works but of course continue with all A4 and older devices. It fixes a bug with USB 3.0 ports. Furthermore contains a small Performance Update for iPod touch 1G and iPhone 2G. Whether this is really needed yet, but is rather questionable.


 Also, according to changelog a recognition problems have been fixed the DFU mode. But this appeared to at least the users.
