Microsoft has released the first update to its mobile office application package . Office for the iPad contains all the basic functions of a desktop package and synchronized with the cloud service OneDrive. The main innovation in the new version is the ability to print documents and presentations with feature on printers AirPrint.
Office suite for iPad includes three applications : Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Externally similar to Office 2013 Office for computers , but has a more compact and simple ribbon menu adapted for touch screen. In the mobile office available all the same basic features as the desktop version of the package.
In Word, you can change the font , make it bold , italic and underlined text , choose the color of text , formatting, create lists , use the clipboard , add comments to the text and insert charts . Download Office for the iPad from the App Store can be free. Users can open and view files but editing files require subscription to Office 365 service .
