According to a new Chinese-language Ming-Chi Kuo report, Apple is preparing the release of the iPhone SE 2 and the new iPad Pro models for the first quarter of next year.
Reportedly, the new iPad Pro will be equipped with a 3D time-of-flight sensor in the back, thanks to this feature the new iPads will be able to obtain accurate depth data on the word surroundings to improve the experience with augmented reality.
The arrival of the iPhone SE 2 in the first quarter of next year is not a surprise since it had already talked about a few days ago. On the other hand, Nikkei reported the next iPhone SE 2 will have an A13 chip, 3GB of LPRRD4X RAM, Touch ID, single rear camera and an iPhone 8-like design.
The analyst also revealed the planned program for updating the Apple MacBook range, on which the company is planning to use a scissor switch keys instead of a butterfly keys for the keyboard of the upcoming 16-inch MacBook Pro, which should be announced already this month.
However, Kuo said that after the launch of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, all future Macs coming in 2020 will switch to a scissor switch keyboard design to ensure more durable keyboards and less prone to heat and dust.
