Next-gen ‘iPhone 6s’ to feature 2GB RAM, 12MP camera

Ming-Chi Kuo KGI Securities and analysis company delivered new predictions relayed by two Chinese sites (here and there). One of these two reports is not signed with the name of the observer expected that often correspond to reality, but one can think that this is the case. Anyway, these predictions announce a new range of iPhone that will ship technology Force Touch, and it will be the main argument that Apple will highlight.

Inside the two iPhone 6s models with 4.7-inch and 5.5 inches, one will have A9 processor, 2GB of RAM LPDDR4 and a 12 megapixel sensor instead of the current 8 megapixel camera. Those who expect an iPhone 4 6s-inch model will be for their expenses: again, Ming-Chi Kuo does not bode so, at least for this year. They can take comfort in choosing a smartphone color pink gold, which would be the new color inspired by Apple’s Watch Edition.

KGI analyst explains that if production problems are solved, the screen of the iPhone 6s More could be protected by a synthetic sapphire layer. This however would be a “limited edition” (which we can not imagine the price). To avoid further bendgate type controversy , Apple has revised the internal design and materials of the chassis: it is possible that the manufacturer makes use of 7000 Series aluminum, like the one used on the Apple Watch Sport.

Screen-Shot-2015-05-12-at-8.17.18-PMTouch ID’s performance would also be improved to better promote Apple pay. Volume production would begin in August with the stocks provided 80 to 90 million units in 2015.
