Pictures of Apple’s Cupertino Office Campus Snapshots

The city of Cupertino has released more details about the huge office building that Apple wants to build in this city. The 260,000 square-foot building will be able to accommodate 13,000 people, which are still scattered across the city working in rented premises. The building will have four floors and is called the Apple Campus 2.

There is an auditorium with room for a thousand people. Also, a lot of floor space (about one tenth) are occupied by the Research department. The building will have its own energy and is designed to exceed all expectations in terms of sustainability. Last June , Apple announced the plans .

The city of Cupertino is working on the assessment of Apple’s plans, first by assessing the impact on the environment because of traffic, noise, air quality and the like. The public is taking the opportunity to make comments. Then the development of the plans examined, after which public hearings where residents also say they may do. Apple is quite sure of the case, as the mayor of Cupertino said earlier in a public session that the “impossibility is that we are not going to approve the deal.” No wonder, because thanks to Apple’s Cupertino is on the map. The city needs little effort to maintain a constant flow of technology to attract tourists.

Near the building is half underground car park:
