This morning the iPhone Dev-Group has a brand new model zero.9.10b3 of redsn0w launched. This replace fixes rising issues when re-operating redsn0w on a tool that was once already jailbroken with a earlier model of redsn0w.
Recently, we had numerous jailbreak users re-running a new version of redsn0w causing severe problems. Often, the devices do not landed in safe mode and many mobile substrate-based apps or tweaks worked. The only solution has been the installation of mobile substrate. For this reason, had to restore many users their new equipment and re-equipped with a jailbreak, so the problem is solved.
With the new version of redsn0w, a jailbreak again be performed safely and also addresses the current problems with mobile substrate.
The b3 version of redsn0w fixes a problem where re-running redsn0w jailbreak would cause over an existing substrate-based mobile apps to stop running until MS was installed again. Now you can re-run the redsn0w jailbreak step without worrying about that (silent but remember to de-select the "Install Cydia" option if it's already installed).
TIP: If auto-detection fails and redsn0w tells you no identifying data was found , you can always pre-select the appropriate 5.0.1 IPSW using "Tools-> Select IPSW".
Users who have already done the jailbreak with redsn0w need, the new version (link below) to download and run the jailbreak process again, but do not set the hook on "Install Cydia". You can provide appropriate guide posted here. If you have done the jailbreak with PwnageTool, you can simply play the redsn0w update. Redsn0w should not do the automatic detection of the IOS firmware ("no identifying data was found"), the corresponding firmware under "Tools -> Select IPSW" are selected.

In addition, you may experience problems with Cydia currently enormous, because the big rush has left its mark, and some repositories are not currently available. In the course of today should solve the problems by itself. Hold off re-running Redsn0w if you're not facing any issues and try re-installing MobileSubstrate again as a workaround
