Samsung main smartphone unit in 2015, the Galaxy S6 will be more expensive than  its competitor the iPhone 6, reports an Android fan site. The prices in the rumor are in line with what the South Korean manufacturer usually asks for new devices.

According to the site is the cheapest version of the Galaxy S6 cost 749 euros. That is 50 euros more expensive than the price of the cheapest iPhone 6, its main competitor in the smartphone market. While the iPhone 6 16GB, which would be the cheapest 32GB Galaxy S6. The variants in which the storage is the same, the S6 would be 50 euros more expensive.

This Samsung would also increase the price of its main unit compared to its predecessors. The Galaxy S5 staring price is $599 without contract, as the Galaxy S4. The Galaxy S III and S II prices were reduced.

The prices of the rumor are well in line with recent releases from Samsung. The Note 4 also took to release $724, while Samsung for ‘midrange smartphone’ Galaxy A7 asking a price of $499 at the release in March.

According AndroidPIT there will also be an Edge version of the Galaxy S6, like who was there with the Note Edge. Samsung there would be a hundred euros more for questions. Samsung has already sent an invitation to the media for an announcement on Sunday March 1, just hours after announcing his supposedly HTC One M9.
