For many years, consumers demanded by Samsung smartphones metal in the body, and this is a dream coming true, however, for a little bit. At first we saw the metal frame in the Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy Note 4, then the compact, all-metal Galaxy A3 and A5 of the middle class, and now has been presented and the larger model Galaxy A7.

The device looks really interesting if we consider it as an alternative to iPhone 6 Plus or Chinese smartphone with a 5.5 or larger display. But this is only at first glance. Korean electronics giant laid emphasis on design and the minimum size of the gadget. The thickness of the black, gold or silver metal body is only 6.3 mm (7.1 mm against in 6 Plus), while it contains a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display and 8-core processor. It seems to be cool, until you begin to understand the characteristics of detail.

For example, a display resolution of 720h1280 points (HD), rather than the usual modern standards 1080h1920 (Full HD). As the processor applies the decision of the middle class – it can be Exynos 5430 (quad-core ARM Cortex-A15 1.8 GHz and four ARM Cortex-A7 1.3 GHz) or Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (two 4-core cluster Cortex- A53 1.5GHz and 1 GHz, respectively). Also, the unit contains 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of flash memory card slot for microSD, 13-megapixel main and a 5-megapixel front camera, modules Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC, LTE Category 4 modems and HSPA + 42 Mbps / s. It feeds all the stuffing from the battery capacity of 2600 mAh. As you can see stars from the sky apparatus is not enough, though, and for most users it features enough for the eyes. But it is compact (151 x 76,2 x 6,3 mm, 141 g) and made of metal.

The catch only value. Samsung has officially announced until it is, limiting the statement that “the price will be competitive.” But the web has already ply rumors about the amount of around $600. With this value it is better to pay attention to an interesting alternative to those most notorious “Chinese” if you do not like iOS.[Samsung]
