Samsung Responds To Galaxy S6 Bendgate Controversy

Last week came to light a video in which the company SquareTrade made some strength tests on the Samsung Galaxy Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. As you can see in the video that I put just below, pressure tests performed at the first level phones like the Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and HTC One M9. The result? For very clear, all bend to exert strong pressure on them. Exactly the Galaxy S6 bends to exert a force of 50KGf ( 110lbf).

In Samsung are not at all agree with these findings and have created their own video showing the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge and the result is different. In this case they have used up to 30Kg (66lbf) of pressure, because according to Samsung is the maximum force that can be exerted on a phone while still in the back pocket. Obviously, the phones hold perfectly.

In short, it seems that Samsung not done much grace to doubt building their devices or quality tests they must pass.
Sincerely and in my opinion not tell you exactly how much pressure can come to have on our phones in the day. The battle for the phone in-bendable just begun. According to Samsung, the video SquareTrade is due to a circumstance that doesn’t  “usually happens”.
